If you need some help to stick to the HCG Diet, try this. It will guide you through every step of the way. You will have a complete meal  plan for each day on the diet along with all the info on HCG you need to get started and maintain. You don’t need to think about anything.

All portions are 100 grams
(3.5 ounces)

*Important note: All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat.

Top Round Steak = 166 calories
Veal = 110 calories
Veal Chop = 117 calories

CHICKEN BREAST = 87 calories

EGGS

3 whites & 1 whole egg per serving = 125 calories

SEAFOOD

Cod = 83 calories
Crab Meat = 100 calories
Flounder = 90 calories
Haddock = 88 calories
Halibut = 110 calories
Lobster = 98 calories
Red Snapper = 110 calories
Shrimp = 110 calories
Tilapia = 94 calories
Sole =116 calories
Monk Fish = 96 calories
Whiting = 87 calories

 

BREAD

1 Grissini Bread stick = 12 calories
1 Melba Toast = 12 calories

 

VEGETABLES
